Refunds and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 31 days or longer have gone by since your date of shipping, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase from the Farm Fixins website.

If your return meets this conditions, please send an email using our contact form. Our customer service team will respond within 5 working days if the item is eligible for a refund. They will also provide you the return address and a unique ticket number to return your order. Please also read the Shipping section of this page.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The timeframe for your refund depends on the original method of payment used.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they arrived at your home defective or damaged. If you like to exchange your unused product it for the same item, send us an email using our contact form. Our customer service team will provide you a unique code and the return address.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us using our contact form for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may return your purchase within 30 days of shipping for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding original shipping and handling costs, plus a $5.00 restocking fee. If a product arrives at your shipping location damaged, or we made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. Contest winnings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we will not issue any refunds for items we do not receive.
