Cajun Candy AKA “Crack on a Cracker”

You are killing me!!! MAKE MORE! NOW. Lol. I bought this on a road trip at Carrol’s in GA last Xmas. Omg. Please make more. You don’t get it. I usually HATE relish. I LOVE this stuff.

This is actually addictive lol I LOVE this spread so much, I wish I would have bought more in person when I had the opportunity! It actually does go with everything. I love it with crackers and provolone cheese or goat cheese. This needs to be available at Kroger or Walmart or something because I just can't get enough! I NEED MORE! I will be actively checking my email in the next couple of weeks to make sure I don't miss a notification on when it is available again.

I first tried it at the Southern Christmas show in Charlotte several years ago. I've been buying it ever since. Best stuff ever ! So good with crackers and cream cheese and great with pinto beans !!! I'm out now !!!

I used to buy Cajun Candy at a Christmas Fair in Louisville KY. I would buy a case at a time! I haven’t been able to attend for the last 2 years, so I keep checking the website and it always says there isn’t any. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE bring it back!!! Or email me the recipe and I’ll make my own! I’ve gotta have it. It’s soooo good in chili, vegetable soup, tuna salad, etc., etc. it just makes everything better.
